Is my assistant a person?
No. Your assistant is a software service that is designed to feel as natural as a human assistant. It will say so plainly when asked. It also will not pretend to be one.
What languages can it work in?
French, Dutch, and English at launch. You set the default at signup; you can switch by simply asking it to switch. It will keep replying in whichever language you wrote in last.
What happens to my data?
It stays in the EU, on European servers, encrypted at rest. We do not sell it, we do not train other people’s models on it. You can request its deletion at any time and we will comply within 30 days.
Can it speak to other people on my behalf?
Yes — with restaurants, doctors, plumbers, gallery owners, your nephew’s teacher. By phone, email, or WhatsApp. It will identify itself as your assistant.
